Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During busy periods (sales, holidays) this may extend slightly — we'll let you know if there's a longer delay.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the specific item. Some products may take a little longer during peak periods or due to customs processing. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs

Free delivery on UK orders over £30. Orders under £30: £3.99.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, courier delays, weather) can affect delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch at petcosupport@citucreative.com and we'll look into it for you.
